BTC procedure for Sunday:
The primary objective of Sunday School ministry is to provide biblical guidelines and spiritual foundation upon which children, youth and adults will build a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.
• In Sunday school, we teach our Christians how to become good disciples for Christ within an environment built on love, encouragement and support.
• Our Sunday school ministry work every Sunday morning and the leaders and teachers meet every second Sunday of the month in the afternoon.
• The children are dismissed during the morning church service before the sermon and right after the offering.
• The Sunday school curriculum is based on doctrinal knowledgefound in the Old and New Testament and when we are using booklets, we make sure that they are tested and found to be biblical.
• Our teachers must be members of Brockton Tabernacle Church, attends weekly worship services, demonstrate their love for the churchand be committed to weekly fellowship with BTC.
Teachers
• Teachers must participate in monthly preparation meeting.
• Teachers must be open to come to church 10 to 15 minutes before class begins.
• Teachers contact Sunday school superintendence or assistance to report their absence or tardiness.
Students
A. Students must respect all classmates and teachers at all times.
B. Students will participate in all classroom activities according to the teacher’s instructions.
C. Students will demonstrate acceptable behavior, Christian behavior, offering cooperation to teachers, acceptance of classmates, and respect for church property and appropriate reverence for God.
