The mission of the Children Ministry is to promote spiritual, emotional and social growth through age-appropriate Bible teaching.
This mission will accomplish by:
Creating a Committee comprises of the following members:
1. A clergy that the Senior Pastor designated/Senior Pastor.
3. The Children Director
4. Board members designated by church leaders.
5. A counselor (The committee will arrange to pick the children)
By weekly meetings
• The Committee will be held on a monthly basis to discuss progress and issues that may need to be addressed and updates.
• The Committee will also meet on an emergency basis upon the recommendation of a member or following the report of any incident or allegation.
• The children will meet once a week under the supervision of two Committee members:
1. for weekly Biblical activities, round table, choir practice, coloring and VBS.
2. Monitor all Children Ministries programs for ongoing compliance with safety measures
3. Making recommendations to our Church Council regarding the children’s current need and progress.
4. One of the pastors will visit children programs to provide to provide feedback, monitor supervisors and that staff member and volunteer interactions with children.
5. Make sure that the Bible is being taught during the meetings and children are learning.

6. The Pastor conducts an unscheduled observation of a Children Ministry program at least once each quarter.
7. The Pastor meets with Children Director once monthly to discuss Children Ministry activities.
8. The Children Director conducts an unscheduled observation at least once each month to prepared the program for the next coming month.
